Sleepy Hollow Properties, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Round Table Development, LLC, has been providing outstanding development services to the Morgantown and Fairmont West Virginia as well as throughout Western Pennsylvania and Deep Creek Lake, Maryland.
The name of the organization symbolizes its commitment to the assembly of a management team that consists of the strongest, most intelligent, and hardest working leaders that are as committed to maintaining their integrity and values as they are to the success of the Company. Today, the Company and its subsidiaries are committed to achieving the same high standard of excellence in every project or venture in which it engages.
Every effort is made at the earliest stages of the development of a project to ensure that the vision is carried through the project. We believe that no detail is too small. We are committed to the communities we build as well as those we work and live in. We use a team of experienced local consultants, engineers, architects and contractors to ensure we capture the feel and flavor of the communities where we work.
The Village at Sleepy Hollow is no exception. We went the extra mile to protect, preserve and integrate the beautiful brooks that traverse the property in to the feel of the development. All of the utilities including the storm water management facilities were placed underground to protect the visual integrity of the community. Large areas of undisturbed green space were protected to ensure the natural feel of the community. Subtle, yet purposeful, elements are placed throughout the community to remind visitors and residents alike of the "enchanted" region it is intended to be.
The protective covenants were written with the resident in mind. Every effort was made to ensure the covenants were not overly restrictive and that they allowed individuals the creativity in designing their dream home without the worry of repetitive styles or uncharacteristic neighboring designs.
