Village at Sleepy Hollow

Washington Irving wrote of an enchanted region, known as Sleepy Hollow--a drowsy little village full of astonishing tales of enchanting fields, brooks and bridges--a place where marvelous beliefs are commonplace 

This region is the inspiration for a tranquil new development outside of Morgantown, West Virginia. The Village at Sleepy Hollow has expansive open green space, much of it remaining in its natural condition. Two beautiful brooks traverse the property. Beginning at opposite ends of its northern boundaries and meeting at its southern boundary, these pristine waterways form the borders of the community.
